Open the course from the homepage, click on it, and complete the payment via Razorpay. Once payment is successful, you get instant access from your account.

How long do I have access to a purchased course?

Access validity is mentioned on each course's page. Some courses have lifetime access while others are valid for a fixed period.

I made a payment but do not have access yet. What should I do?

This is rare, but if it happens, please contact our support team with your payment reference and we'll resolve it quickly.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a course?

How do I track my E-Store order?

You can check your order status anytime under My Purchases in your account.

Do you offer any free content?

Yes, some Test Series, Video Courses and E-Library items are marked Free and can be accessed after logging in.

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter your coupon code at checkout on the course, bundle or store payment page and click Apply to see the discounted price.

How can I check my eligibility for government jobs?

Use our Eligibility Check tool, available after logging in, to see which jobs you're eligible for based on your education, age and other details.

Can I download my certificates?

Yes, certificates issued to you appear under My Certificates in your account dropdown, where you can view and download them.
