This policy applies to physical products, such as printed books and study material, purchased from the E-Store section of Manjunath Academy. Digital products like Test Series, Video Courses and E-Library items are delivered instantly online and are not covered by this policy.
Order processing

- You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is verified.

- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4-7 business days for most locations within India, and may take longer for remote areas.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
Tracking your order
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available from our courier partner) will be shared with you.
- You can also check the status of your order under My Purchases in your account.
Delivery address
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Undelivered or delayed orders
